Use ERD Commander 2005
boot up from cd/dvd with your ERD Commander cd in, when gets in, go to the program called locksmith. You will see all the users from windows, and just change the password. No need to know the old password. It works on xp/2000. I did not tested with win98 or vista, but I think newer version of ERD will work also on vista

  I work with PC's every day and this works 9 times out of 10, providing of course that the Administrator Account is not the users account which is password protected.
  
  Also, the only reason I can see that you'd need to access another account on an PC is to snoop! I may be wrong, but.......

  When you install Windows you are given the option of choosing a password. Most people opt not to, and that is why it works as described in the video. If you are smart and you do password protect the admin account this won't work. 9 out of 10 means that there is only 1 smart person out of the 10. If the admin account is password protected and you want to access your account you can boot to a NTFS DOS disk or a ERD disk. For more information send me a message.
