    am sure the driver did that on purpose, either hired killer or for some other reason, you can see just after the crash, driver was in gud control to avoid another from being hit. i think target was hit, and tho peoples there in far east asia, they know if you help, you may get in trouble.

    A similar thing happened here in Australia, a WW2 Veterin was hit, and for 20 minutes cars swerved around him, meanwhile people on the street walked past, and only ONE person even looked at the man, before wondering off.

    Eventually someone stopped their car and called the Ambulance service.
    Despicable, not only the bastard that hit him, but EVERY SINGLE ONE of the witnesses that continued with their day as a veterin was dying, the man is still in hospital- The CCTV footage is still circulating the internet.
