    Is that the officer is clearly heard to say that he has just had a vehicle try to ram him, when in fact the vehicle, if anything was clearly trying to avoid him !

  • This is a difficult one

    I watched this a number of times and was unable to tell if at any time during the action whether there were gun shots from the car being chased. From the final frames it was obvious from the way the police officer was firing into the windshield that there was a lone driver in the car. From the way it was being driven, it must have made it very difficult for him to fire at the police while driving the car. My point here is was thier action legal ?
