Outdoor Bodyweight Conditioning Workout Routine Revealed
All exercises are done in a superset between upper
body and lower body. For example, Rope Pushup
are supersetted with a Modified Pistol Squat. Do
NOT rest within the superset, but rest 30 seconds
after the lower body before repeating the superset
again. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds total. Proceed to the next superset (2a and 2b).
Wow these seems to be only able to be completed by a person strong like you, i mean especially the 5a and 5b work out, they are virtually impossible for me right now....in fact i think hardly anyone is capable of such strength demanding workout......
i'm on my 4th week to six pack now, i do feel quite different as you discribed in ur 3rd week video.
