The annual list of the most powerful celebrities was released Wednesday by Forbes. The magazine’s famous survey showed the top 100 on the 2008 list. The rankings take into account several facets of celebrity lifestyle. Not only is the income over the previous 12-months considered, but web references, press coverage and magazine covers also are also a few things analyzed. At number one for a second year in a row is daytime, talk-show diva, Oprah Winfrey. While the 54-year-old worked for 275-million, next on the list is Tiger Woods at 115-million-dollars, followed by Angelina Jolie with 14-million. Some other super-celebs moving up the list include Beyonce Knowles, David Beckham, Johnny Depp and Jay-Z. Closing off the Top 10 are The Police, JK Rowling and Brad Pitt. Other stars mentioned are Simon Cowell at 22, Kiera Knighley at 37 and the Spice Girls at number-5o.

And believe it or not, paparazzi in France have laws to follow while clicking-away, and in most cases, the legal system does enforce these laws.
