If it's a fake I assume this is how they did it: first, they recorded the cool movements, then they sped up some parts of the video where they perform these movements (you'll notice they move suspiciously faster at some points) and after all they added the CGI paper ball. If you're not acquainted with it, let me say that CGI stands for Computer Generated Imagery, i. e. the ball is a special effect.

Who cares if anything is fake as long it is fun to watch! We are on here for entartainment!!
