Not an Easter Egg
Strange that my comment for the exact same thing was deleted ...

But still it's not an easter egg of Windows XP. An easter egg is something internal to a software, which doesn't need to connect via telnet to a web site.

The fact that you must connect a remote website (.nl) proves it's not an easter egg of Windows XP. An easter egg is something particular into a software.
