I don't know where that video was made, but it could be in England. That's how they used to adjust that old little jewel called Mini Cooper.
I will always prefer a hand made car than an impersonal car.

to be more exact ,it was the GDR,and the name of the car was called a Trabant,with a two stroke engine,get behind one of those things in a jam and you´ll know all about it,hope this helps a bit
