U say ur bugatti can kick the supras ass, im pretty sure it can for a 1million dollar factory car, now take in for instance, 1001bhp on ur veyron and put that up against any 1000 supra or skyline, guarenteed ur veyron wont be too fast then. And yes, they didnt spend 1million plus bucks to make it go that fast

I didn't realise that a 1000 BHP Supra could break the 250MPH barrier, or do 0-170MPH in under 17 seconds (these are figures I've seen bandied around in several motoring publications reviewing the Veyron).

Firstly I was not the person who claimed to have a Veyron.

Secondly, those links of yours show cars driving quickly, or spinning wheels on a dyno - they do not actually show any hard facts proving that a 1000BHP Supra is the a fast car.

I'm not trying to argue, but it's just that you have not shown me anything other then video clips of cars driving fast :-)

Search up JUN Auto, JUN Auto is a motoring company in japan where as you got these other racing companies here in the states, 170MPH in 17secs? Ive seen supras and skylines on the track hit 180 in under 9 secs on the quarter mile. The JUN Auto supra was built to beat a the world land speed record. i forgot in which time the car was made but it did beat the land speed record, and Yes, you can stilll use it to pick up your grocies. 0-170MPH in 17 secs is slow please relaize this.

Now in all this argument its not about which car is faster, everyone has prefrecences. its apples and oranges, sure you want a milion dollar car, and sure i rather drive an import. first learn how to spell. second the 250MPH isn't true, i read facts about the veyron, it only has a redline of 6000RPM, have u ever heard of the magic word HONDA!!!? the accord euro r has a redline at 17,000 RPM. The difference is, when the straightaway leads in to a turn, the Supra will still be on the road, whereas the vette will have freaked the F**k out and skiided off the road, wondering all the time where the straight road went... then you've just got an LS 7 7.0 liter engine in the ditch and, let's face it, all the muscle in the world isn't going to do you any good then...

if you havent noticed, the 06 Corvette Z06 is not just a stright line car, it is extremely light (3130-curb weight) made up of carbon fiber and fiberglass and will take the corners like no one else.

since i am only 20 yrs old, and the japanese faze has hit the US and the world just recently, im proud to say i drive a 240sx (S14) but im not against muscle cars either...but put it this way a toyota supra wit a 2jz-gte engine (3.0 twin turbo...ball bearing turbos i believe too, not sure) costs bout 30 grand in good condition with 320 hp...now take a zo6 about 70 grand wit an LS1 at 400 hp, now lets see here...u could slap a single turbine, preferably a T71 (maybe) wit no or minimal internal upgrades of the 2jz, go out race a zo6, most likely beat it and still have money left over...now wut would u buy? oh and by the way who ever said a "nissan skyline gtr could destroy that" plz dont take this the wrong way but can u shut up...just saying that cuz im more of an underdog kinda guy...every one seems to refer rite to a skyline for a fast jap car...well it is...but come on ppl think outside the box for once, think of it this way put a skyline gts-t engine (rb25det engine) and put that into a 240...much lighter car and cheaper, id take that over a gtr v-spec II ne day

where do u get a corvetter z06 with 70k? and another thing the new z06 dont have a ls1 they have a ls7 with 500hp!! and supras S**k in twisties. corvettes are really good in the twisties. just watch the gtr races and tell me who always wins races. the corvette. dont get me wrong supras are nice. the numbers didnt impress me. i got a buddy with a single turbo doin more hp than that one.
