Back to my war theory, there are many aspects to war than hostilities. There's propaganda,strategy, negotiations, that couldn't be achieved without some kind of writing system.

Your right in the aspect that I don't know everything about the Incas but I know a great deal. They were advanced I'll give you that, but their empire was covered in the blood of countless innocent people all in the name of sacrifice and I consider that a great setback when rating an empire's greatness and efficiency. You can't have an empire if you kill every one in it.

Save it you know what I mean, civil wars were very present in African countries but conflict is bound to happen with as many tribes as there are living in so close and if you believe that Africans were illiterates that couldn't read or write than you're obviously more naive than I thought. How do you figure those wars happened. War is just people fighting it's normally much more complex than that.

Now what you made be referring to is the great deal of biracial people along the coast of the Mediterranean in places such as Alexandria, Mycenae, Thebes, Sicily, Carthage, Crete and Cyprus where interracial union and reproducing was very common.

And that argument would hold weight if there weren't countries like Algeria, Libya and Sudan along the coast of Northern Africa. And like I said before Islamic conquest was the reason for the strong Islamic influences that are present in Northern Africa now.
