This car engine runs on water. It has a water fuel cell installed. The gas mileage before the water fuel was added was 25 mpg, while the gas mileage with the water fuel cell is 40 mpg. The whole installation of the water fuel cell cost about 100$ and this man saved a lot of money on gas.
