Stevo-O Pot - Caught Or Not?

Sometimes I wonder how can someone direktly (f.e.: officer) or indirectly (f.e.: president) or something (f.e.: government) tell me what kind of plant i put in my system?
The human beings should be totally free, when I was born, I didn't sign anything to agree to these laws. How can someone lock me in a cage for smoking something, or dinking something when I'm 20? Who gave the power to him and why? I didn't say "pls come and arrest me", why can he do that? What is the reason for one human being to lock in an another one? They did this as slavery, and it's over in a lot of places nowadays, because they don't have the right to do that!
How can someone judge on me? How can someone say it's not right what i'm doing? If I want to kill myself, I can, and nobody can stop me. If I want to have fun, I should be able to, without breaking the law. Nobody should have to power to decide that's wrong what I'm doing. Why does someone think, he is on a higher level? Why should he be more, than I? If Mr. XY think drinking or pot smoking is not good, he doesn't have to do it, and I don't say anything, but HE SHOULD NOT HAVE THE RIGHT to tell me what I should think and do!

The drunk driving is an another topic, because when you endanger other lives, you don't only decide what happenes to you. But while you are doing something involving yourself, nobody should have the right to question you for that.

This is something what people forgot in this "civilized" world; what individual freedom is.

drugs are bad mkay

A legal/illegal pot conversation...I like these...IMHO - should be legal. I have seen what alcohol can do first hand. I have had my ass kicked -hard- by a drunk guy at a house party. So I quit drinking and now smoke pot (well used to 'til i got busted :). Anyway, up until recently, I didn't drink, just smoked, and my friends and I just sit around, watch cops, and giggle...so very harmful and dangerous, I know...

You can't really extend the same idea to all drugs. Alcohol has been legal for a long time, I don't like it, but I accept that. Weed should be as well, -maybe- shrooms cuz I like those too, this is all opinion, now...but there are chemical drugs (some I have taken, so I haven't) that can be very dangerous, moreso than alcohol. Both to the user and those around him. So my opinion is - if it occurs naturally, God put it there at the beginning of time (no i'm not christian but lawmakers are for the most part). God put it there, not satan, satan did not help create the earth. God would not tempt us on purpose. So, we should make use of what God gives us. Now, these laws are believed to create negative social interaction, so what you do is, if a person gets arrested for brawling, stealing, wreckless driving or whatever, you test them for these drugs, if they use the drugs, triple the sentence. If the person can responsibly use the substances and doesn't cause other problems, let them do what they wan't. Nobody's getting hurt by it directly, just some people get frustrated that they are able to.

So, no, I do not smoke pot at the moment - 6 mo's probation :( But I have actually been so annoyed by what is involved in this probation that I will likely start again just out of spite. No attempt has been made to try to get me to quit...it's just show up, talk to these people who obviously resent you for your crime, pay them money, pee in the cup, and go home...very frustrating...if they would talk to me about things like why I smoke, tried to learn about me and 'fix' what they consider to be a problem, they might have success. I can't say for sure, but they might.
