So the person gets shot 3 or 4 times in a row? What would you use to time/order the shots?

  Since this uses an electric trigger, multiple shots would need to be triggered through different electric circuits most simply through using multiple model rocket launcher controls. Of course, you could fashion something else to get the current flowing down the different circuits in a coordinated fashion.
