You can buy it.
I used to buy my dry ice at my local Kroger, but now my Wal Mart sells it too and its cheaper there. Just fill a platic bottle half full with water, add a few pieces of dry ice, add the lid, and run, then enjoy the carnage.

  Dry ice is the frozen form of liquid carbon dioxide. You have to use an machine, put liquid carbon dioxide in, and let it freeze. I think it freezes at negative 400 some degrees. Just buy some on ebay. lol
