Take a look at what the average Timeshare purchase price was for the last year in order to decide if the one you are considering is a good value. Also, make sure you are aware of the location of the timeshare... location is one of the keys in determining a Timeshare's value. Make sure it's near a beach if you are purchasing something in Hawaii, and not behind the hospital in a bad part of town. And take a look at your vacation expenses for the last few years and weigh them against what you will be spending on the timeshare purchase... will you be saving money or averaging more to buy a timeshare? You need to answer all these questions if you are going to make a good decision about timeshares.
