At 2:36 a.m., firefighters battled a three alarm fire that ravaged a South Side factory. A hazardous materials threat was reported to be controlled early Monday. No injuries were reported. A three-alarm fire sends 12 engines, 10 trucks, four battalion chiefs, the district chief, the deputy commissioner and about 125 firefighters to the scene. Musick Loss Management handled the insurance claim and got a fair settlement for the client.
