What you're talking about. The video is David Belle and Cyril Raffaeli. They're both French. David Belle invented Parkour roughly 20 years ago, and Cyril Raffaeli is a very good friend of his. The discipline is Parkour. Yamakasi is a French Parkour crew (one of the world's best) who's done stuff with both Belle and Raffaeli.
For someone down there, I don't know about Raffaeli, but Belle has never broken a bone in his life.
I know all this from Belle himself, when I met him in NYC at this years New Yorker Festival, I was there as a Traceur in the demo.

Here is some info about this discipline: It's called yamakasi and it started in the early 90's in the suburbs of Paris. Because of the poverty and discrimination, the youngsters found themselves something to do and started jumping buildings and S**t .

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with the art of Ninjitsu. The ninja's was hired assasins in feudal Japan. They were experts in silent kills and covert operations, answering only to their clan and he who had bought their "services". Many people still practice ninjitsu like any other martial art.
