What you're talking about. The video is David Belle and Cyril Raffaeli. They're both French. David Belle invented Parkour roughly 20 years ago, and Cyril Raffaeli is a very good friend of his. The discipline is Parkour. Yamakasi is a French Parkour crew (one of the world's best) who's done stuff with both Belle and Raffaeli.
For someone down there, I don't know about Raffaeli, but Belle has never broken a bone in his life.
I know all this from Belle himself, when I met him in NYC at this years New Yorker Festival, I was there as a Traceur in the demo.

Here is some info about this discipline: It's called yamakasi and it started in the early 90's in the suburbs of Paris. Because of the poverty and discrimination, the youngsters found themselves something to do and started jumping buildings and shit.

half that crap he did is not really that hard.. its the carma angle that its put at that makes the buildings look like 30 feet apart when he could have a wide XML camra lense( makes things longer or higher than they actually are).But if this actually was real, he'd be like a frigin american Jackie Chan or a monkey, ur choice!

This is no fuckin' ninja, this is David Belle performing the artform of Parkour.. which he invented, if anybody wonders about that....

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with the art of Ninjitsu. The ninja's was hired assasins in feudal Japan. They were experts in silent kills and covert operations, answering only to their clan and he who had bought their "services". Many people still practice ninjitsu like any other martial art. This guy is good, but he is not a ninja.

What these guys are doing is called Parcour. Its a philosophy of seeing the world as a big playground. Google it!
