Danny Way is the first person to leap the wall without a motor vehicle and land successfully. He pulled off the jump over the Wall five times in front of a crowd of Chinese dignitaries and officials, along with his family and friends and thousands of locals.

danny way kicks major a$$ at vert and street skating but still no matter how many tries it may have took..trust me i'm also a skater and some of this stuff is just scarey..but of course i've never tried anything like that

cool
this was on tv about 2 weeks after the jump, he failed at least 5 times before spraining his foot, but still wouldnt quit, he had injection that is given to nfl players etc. he was only alowd 1 day to do it. that jump put him out for months before competing again.

total bogus... look at how narrow "the wall" is, I bet he's done many such jumps on regular ramps at any point in his carrer... jumping same height and length. all there is in this is advertising.. because people know of how "great" the wall of china is, its huge, long, high and big... but look at the video, pathetic, the ramp leaps right on top of the wall.

  whoever is saying: "oh man, but thats danny way"... i say that's "not even a jump".. he simply got throw off a ramp after sliding downwards on a board with wheels. i skated before, i went down ramps, its like sitting on a swing, you're not really making any effort, you're just drifting on something. its a " leap over the greatwall of china"... but like i said, all advertising, i mean if it was "leap over the wall of china" it wouldn't sound so great.
