No it's not a suicidal song at all. It's about that you are living in a place which you don't like and you are alone, you don't have any friend and you don't even have a girlfriend, so you have to leave that place and it won't be a painfull leaving, it will be happy. That's why the lyrics says: "I'm gonna take you To a place far from here No one will see us Watch the pain as it disappears"

This song is so beautiful, maybe the best and the most beautiful ballad I've ever heard. Testament rules.
