I don't know about 75 houses, but if I had 75 mil to spend on a house, having 10 to 15 around the world in primo spots would probably be preferable. Maybe this person just doesn't like leaving home, though. They actually might not ever. Everyone would come to you if you owned this home.

Yes, what do they do that justifies a percentage no matter what the cost of the homes? They don't work any harder just because the home is more expensive. I'm sure this has made real estate agents near me (Sacramento California) much wealthier in the last several years as home prices have exploded.

Now maybe I'm doing the math wrong but last time I checked 360 x 160 = 57600 sq ft. which is 27600 sq ft. more than the house, so the house is actually a little more than 1/2 a football field. How do they have their math that far off? ......idiots.

Even if i had so much money to where i could buy it, i wouldnt live there. I would convert it into a resort/ holiday-home for the rich (and charge a fee off course). Believe me, there is no way to live happily there as a permanent residence. Not to mention, your kids will become spoilt rotten, and not know much about REAL LIFE. This kind of thing would work out great, just make it a private getaway for celebs, politicians, etc. They already do that when they want to get botox and as boob and face lifts etc.
