the disk can be injured by : lifting overload object by action of back muscles, bad habiltes after prolonged time(wrong siting), vibration movement of the spine as truck drivers, some deformities of the spine can increase liability eg.scilosis , also obesity will increase load on IVD (disk).

* some health tips to avoid disk prolapse:

- frequnt changing positions and proper sleeping postion.

- frequnt stretching and strengthing of back muscles.

- use a right way of liftng heavy objects . by using strong muscles as leg.

- siting with good chair. including arm rest and back support.

- some physical therapy techninques as traction (separation between vertebrae) to feed the disk and increase it's viscosity.
