No , it doesn't always behave like this .. it's pregnant .. cats do this when they are pregnant .. my cat was so creepy and made the same scary sound when she was pregnant .
you shouldn't approach cats when they are pregnant , it's dangerous , sometimes they become predators , better stay away ^_^
