Unidentified airplanes, that radar doesn't relieve, fly over Sanremo at low altitude in the evening hours. In the following minutes, a dense mist is spread all over the city and a bad odour is smelt of ethylene dibromide, insecticide that was banned by E.P.A., because it causes cancer.
