Damn! This guy stands about 25 feet below a harrier after take off. That had to have blown out his ear drums. I'm surprised it didn't knock him over completely.

Partially fake video
The beginning of this video looks real. But in the video after the Harrier flies over it suddenly gets quiet. It might have blown the microphone up and made the microphone break.

Not a take off
It's a low level fly-by. Take offs go UP, this was dead level low to the ground. That pilot is good but probably messing his buddies on the ground. Dude was probably set up by his mates as a practical joke. But what do I know. Awesome fly-by though.

  there was dust kicked up by the plane, see before it passed over head, and afterwards. It would not cause a sandstorm at all.
  
  As for the fire in engines, that is false, as the afterburners would not be on.
  plus you can not see the engines close up at the video at any point so your claim has no grounds

- The Harrier only has one engine
  and the thrust is fed to the four vector thrust nozzels so it can not hav an afterburner.
