Can't tell who was in the right but usually the driver to your right

- you dont give way
  if you are on a main road going in a straight line and the other vehicle is coming out of a side street you only have to give way to the right on roundabouts or where thare are road markings indicating right of way must be given which on this road there are not and the motorbike comes straight from the right hand side so he obviously hasnt come down a slip road on a motorway otherwise his angle wouldve been alot different
