Cool Airplane (take Off)!!!

supposed to be loud or weird about this clip. The aircraft appears to be in normal operation configuration, wheels up at the proper time, and actually rather quiet for twin jet. I do not recognize the airport, but would gather that it is either not in the US or is not currently manned, as the camera angle appears to actually be on the runway and not off to the side.

Can't be a canadian airport. No fences in sight. First few seconds on vid I would have guess it was taking off a roadway til you see that tower on the other end.
