Strawberry On the Shortcake

I found out it was the drummer who was not well known but played with the band for years and he died this year in march at his home by a freak accident. It still is very sad and a little information about abba came up, they have not played together since 1982 and they still sell 3 million records a year! wow!

On the radio just the other day they were talking about either Benny or Bjorn had passed away and I didnt catch which one. and this is very sad if true!

Its interesting that they are living in the U.S. I think Sweden is beautiful and so is the rest of Europe. Thanks for the information and keep up the good work. Sometimes I wonder where many of the great bands are and how are the doing now.

To wit, I was at the time this song came out and still today a rock n roller, but ABBAS music was just to powerful and great sounding to ignore. I really dug their music back then and at 22 had a huge crush on Agnetha.

Yesterday I saw the PRE-premiere of Mamma Mía-the movie with Meryl Streep. Let me be honest, I love Abba and the movie was a good effort but not good enough. Pierce Brosnan definitively CAN'T sing. Please go and see the movie and let me know what you think. It'll be launched in USA in July, in Mexico we'll have it in August. I'd like to see it in Broadway, someday...

As usual, Sweden was in the backwash of history -- as it is today with its Moslem invasion, overtaking its own culture.
