This song makes me alwalys happy anytime I hear it

italia898-- you are in the US, but maybe you are of italian descent or a student of the language. i first heard this song only in 2001 or 2002, from the the excellent italian comedy "ciao, professore". the children in that movie are amazing! you might enjoy it-- i rented it just to practice my italian. little did i know it would be one of my top 10 movies of all time. this song is at the end of the movie-- WARNING-- i wont give anything away, but the scene w/ this song may make you cry... :)

Of course it's a wonderful world. Not everything in it is wonderful, but that's not what this song is about. It's about realizing the miracles all around us.

I remember this song. Bob Hope USO tours in Viet Nam. Seeing tears in the eyes of the soldiers...and mine as well. What a wonderful song and a wonderful man Louis Armstrong was.

at least this world is wonderful, if you don't see any more sense in your life or your existence (interpreted WITHOUT suicide thinkings). i think this is what armstrong wants to say.
