    message. We need to change our energy. President carter wanted to ween us off of oil and made programs to do this. When President Reagan took office, he eliminated these programs. So here we are again, gas. The audio keeps going in and out, sometimes you cannot hear what is being said. try using a mic away from the slide projector, and turn up the volumn. thanks for posting.
