      If this were real, every auto mechanic on EARTH would be working overtime installing these 'miracle' devices. Japan, which imports ALL of it's oil would be jumping all over this 'process'. And TRANSMUTING elements...snort, giggle, gasp! People Don't Fall for this BS. It's a SCAM!

    He claims that the carbon is transmuted into lighter elements. Only nuclear reactions could do that.

    of ideas for water engine,Since water is oxygen and hydrogen and both are combustable. Mixing the oxygen and or hydrogen with a little gas seems believable. Maybe there should be a televised contest where all these inventions are tested. Maybe Mythbusters. Thanks for showing.
