He just got hit in the eyes. If the other guy had used his hands to do that, he probably would have been DQd, since im pretty sure that eyepokes are illegal.

no one ever thinking doing that kind of movement because u put ur life in danger by doing that. If the opponent a little bit quick and kick your head you are completely dead (no defense at all). i am sure he can't do it twice.

It didn't look like he was TKOed. It looked more like he got hit in the eye. They should of stoped the fight and givin him 5 min or so. But I don't know the date of this fight so I don't know the rules back then.
