Christian the Lion - the Full Story (in HQ)

It is not correct entirely, the one with the lion, if you see the video there appears an old man at the end of the video, who is just wearing shorts and no shirt, his name was George Adamson, some years ago I read his biography and I remember it quite clearly, he was a lion hunter first but later on he along with his wife Joan Adamson started a lion conservation programme in Africa, if you have seen a very famous movie 'Born Free' it is based on their life, he lived his entire life in Africa though he was an Englishman by birth, his wife abandoned him in later years and finally he was killed, now coming to the point, the lion which is shown in the video, if I am not wrong George had named him Mufutu, but he never became the head of his pride, lions who have been raised as pets barely survive in the wild much less become head of a pride, and Mufutu stayed its entire life near George like many other lions.

Its amazing that people can put more value on an animals life than they can a human being. And even treat them better.It dose say that this is the way it would be in the last days.

Sure seems like that lion would have several other lions following him, and even though it was a male lion, that when he jumped up on the guy the other lions would have helped took down the kill.

Then that female lion just comes in and lets them pet it. I'm not buying it. (Or the DVD)
