Better than cooking them in a ziploc in boiling water (someone told me that was possible, but it melted when I tried it)

I would use for cooking game, or fish, or if you want some warm soup/coffee/tea/etc. -I would wrap the hanger around the sterno and fold the foil in large square to pack it.

But, why all the effort for eggs? If you want to pack really light....just hard boil the eggs and put them in your pack. They'll keep longer won't leak in your pack if they happen to crack...and they are ready to eat.

If i'm going camping on few weeks, or even on 1 week, i'm gonna die from eating only eggs. The reson why ppl take pans is just becouse u can cook "Different" types of food, noy just eggs. Tip is good, but i will use it only if i get stuck on an inhabbitany Island)))
