    how else should i comment if not the fact??? i have to reformat my hard drive in order to get rid of the vista look in order to run like it used to. before the vista look, my laptob boots in 20sec, after vista look, it boots after 5'38", how's that for a fact??? shouldn't you state the requirements applicable for this vista look before diciding to install???? duh???

    after you install this vista look on XP OS, your pc will go slower and you wont be able to put it back to its original XP look. you wont like it after sometime. trust me

      thats not true, if you have a good pc, then u will be fine. i have been running vista like things on my pc for about 3 months now without 1 problem and no slowdowns. u can't expect for ur pc to do everything on its on, u will have to maintain it regularly. even without vista like stuff u still have to do the same. and everything is reversible. so get your facts straight before u criticize.

      if you r using low rams like 256MB its should be slower,, to fix that switch off the Y's shadow and rocket dock from the vista inspirate config,
      and if you want to restor back your xp just remove it from the same config, thats all, the problem tht u just have a slow computer

    ok everythings lookin great thx a lot, but the taskbar at the bottom(the one with the start button)
    it dosent turn into the vista taskbar. when i click on the start button, the menue comes up but i cant c anything, hard to explane but il try. ok, i click on start, menue pops up and everything works, but, i cant see the text, buttons work but cant c the text hope u can help.

      well i still can't know how to solve ur problem, but lets try to reinstall vista inspirate,, remove it from the inspirate config and reinstall it and i hope every things works and you injoy ur new xp dress :)

    real nice, but some of those programs are resource hogs and also slow down the comp start up time. but those are pretty decent ones.
