  • Glosses over the important bits

    Using your battery to operate this, requires the engine to recharge it which uses fuel. The engine doesn't run on water, but hydrogen and oxygen which require energy to extract from the water. Bear in mind the mixture in the container is explosive, make sure you don't get a spark in there. Good luck with it.

      Nice to see someone else pointing out the whole "water is not a fuel" thing. Though, about explosions in the hydrogen tank, I think they usually have a "bubbler" that prevents blowback.

      Hard to tell the way the comment system works if you're replying to me of Sole. I just meant I get tired of hearing "water as fuel" when it's not, it's kind of just working as a catalyst to create hydrogen to increase efficiency. I know they can help and can be fairly safe. We'll probably all be using hydrogen cells in the future, but it's just an energy distribution system, not really a fuel in a sense either.

      The last time an invention like this made the headlines, it was stanley meyer. Oil companies offered him $800 million to either sell the patent or keep his mouth shut.

      He didnt take the offer and a week later he "mysteriously" died.

      THATS why this did not come out until recently.

      There's a video of a mileage test on a Chevy Duromax Turbo Diesel using a ScanGuage to test the MPG.

      The guy is getting about 50mpg on his diesel.

    I was reading one of the ebooks and it recommeded CPVC. With something the size youve got there. I'd definately not skimp on it. Thanks alot for the view of your prototype.

      The is also a design called a "joe's cell" and a "Dave's cell"

      This is stan meyers design. The best design that I got so far is plated, with stacked steel plates.

  • Check the construction!

    My observation is, these things use 20-50 amps and the connections on this are held in place by friction, which means a real chance of arcing in the tank. Hopefully between us we can prevent disaster. Forearmed, means he still has both arms!

    • My kits only use 5 amps

      It does not use as much battery power to effect the results. I put 3 of these cells on my ford probe and now it gets 85mpg Highway.

      My design only uses 5 volts, not this particular one in the video though, it uses 9.

      Most car batteries are 12 volt, and an average alternator produces around 14.5 volts, which your battery does not require the full 14.5 to recharge. You will not use any more fuel to power an HHO generator because your alternator is already producing at max anyway, you just use more volts, which your alternator can handle.
