Water park does not offer a helmet this kid hit his head and that a big sue.....think before you get on any water ride.

- why sueing the water park?
  no one told him to try this surfing game, no one told him to try something which he is not familiar with, of course they didnt tell him to go and hurt himself he is responsible of himself not the park just commenting and its just my opinion... i think that he should either sit on his legs or lay in his stomach he did it standing and i think thats wrong
  
  if i was hurt by any game i would not sue the park only and only if the game had a malfunction this is a different situation
