    you can clearly see he didn't take steroids if you take a look at his waist. unlike that bloated Ronnie Coleman who is actualy fat, Arnold has a small waist compared to the muscles. Ronnie is fat because steroids not only enlarge you muscles but also your organs, a nice side effect. Arnold was a great bodybuilder and worked hard for is muscles unlike the bodybuilders today...

      i dont think ur entirely correct there. what actually anabolic steroids does it enlarges ur muscle cells. It doesnt really work on ur organs but it will effect ur kidney and liver because of its high toxicity.

      growth hormones will effect ur organs because instead of just enlarging them, they MULTIPLY the cells. this is the cool part as the muscular growth will sustain far better than what anabolic steroids will do. But the problem with this is it will also enlarge the cells of ur organs. and thats not cool. imagine having an enlarged heart which works harder. think about it

      That anabolic steroids increase organ size comment was so bizzare I had to look it up. Not one research paper on the side effects of usage mentioned "enlarging of the internal organs". As far as Arnie goes, he did indeed use steriods durring his body building days and readily admits it.
      A lil' research ftw.

      He has admitted to using steroids throughout his bodybuilding career, from the gitgo. This is why he now has a heard condition which required an operation not so long ago.

      Arnold always did use steroids.... in bodybuilding history, there is nobody who has reached even a national level w/o using steroids.. uno y?? cuz the human body never grows to such guargantum proportions without additional hormones..... and all good bodybiulders have slim waists when they r young.. Ronnie Coleman is fat cuz he's old and the muscle tissues are not as sturdy as when he first won his chanpionship eight years ago......
      And i would recommend the magazine " MUSCLES

    well..man if u have a little sense of workout or bodubuilding u will realize that a person can never make such a huge body with only workout and normal daily diet.....all those candiadates participated in such competitions must take some food supplements or steroids..your muscels never grown up like this with only workout and ur daily diet.
