nice trick
the card was placed in the ice beforehand(obviously).... as he covers the card he moves his hand backwards over the pre-embedded card & then lifts his hand with the decoy card still stuck to his hand

impressive
but it is all about science... it is one of the property of ice.. as we increase pressure the melting temperature of ice decreases thus the portion of ice under his palm changes to liquid due to the pressure exerted by his had and as he releases the pressure slowly it turns to ice again... so card was under ice... we can even pass string through the iceblock without breaking ice...cheers
