This is my new laser pointer with Sony SLD1239JL diode inside.
For housing I have used a 4 x AAA powered dorcy.
The laser diode is driven by LM317 based driver circuit and is set at 200 mW of light output.
I have used an Aixiz glass lens instead the common acrylic lenses to collimate the laser beam, to obtain more mW.
It has a good burning power, and it can burn a hole in a CD case in a few seconds.
I have made the heatsink (that is also the head of the dorcy) with the turning machine and I have inserted the Aixiz laser module into this.
This laser has look like a Hulk Ultra.
