Thats an awfully small bus
You look at the beginning of the video, there is a guy that walks past. He is as tall as the entire bus. Normal school busses would be twice as tall...

  FIBERGLASS u doofus, and that what dragster's normally are. I used to work at a fiberglass bodyshop doing carcasses for this types of cars.

obviously not a real bus
When it goes backward at the beginning, you can see how small it is compared to the man.
It will simply be a drag car with a light bus model ontop, might even have some weights at the back to help it along.
Not as impressive once you look at it properly
