    it is true. but the catch is, you must find your own car settings for the system. what i mean by that is, your not simply going to buy the system, install it and thats it. Your gonna have to do a trial and error to find what works best for your car or any car. but it does work, and they also provide 2 books that is included in the order so you can have a complete understanding of how to convert your car. i have done it to my car
    (only took about 2 days) and i went from 18mpg city to about 40mpg city.
