    Between martial arts and gymnastics when it comes to this. One is realistic, the other is a pretty and entertaining show. I have fought many of those types of, "Fighters" in tournaments with full contact fighting and found that they are the easiest to beat. Whilst they are spending a majority of their time taking off and landing, it is not too challenging to sneak in one kick that will land right in the gut, finshing the fight almost instaneously.
