  Without the thieves, the criminals and the psychos there will be no job left for the police to do, then there will be no need for the policemen, a lot of policemen are going to be out of work, now who is going to provide for them? Then when they are all hungry and no one provides for them, no job, no money, then they learn to steal and become thieves themselves.
  Now who's gonna catch them?? no more police only theives...
  
  ... So just let the criminals do their thing and let the police do their job. It's just how it is.
