Hard to dismiss
Its hard to dismiss as a fact when you have a serious skeptic as the primary witness. There was a 'UFO' sighting but its origin unknown. Perhaps a military aircraft, or possibly a spacecraft from a distant planet. I would find it hard to believe that it's a weather balloon... they can usually be easily distinguished... he did seem like a dumbass though.

I belive humans do have the technolgy man kind needs to hide technology till the world is able to accept it ,able to defend againts it. and the fastest humans have every gone and this is in the sixties is mach 15-20 so it no surprising to find things like these
