HOW IT,S DONE!
MEASURE 20 ML OF H202 ie 30% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE ie bleach.But not the type you clean with,this is only 3%.You,ll need the stuff hairdressers use or the same as found in teeth whitening kits etc.Place this into a thin tube like container.Add 1 squirt of normal household washing up liquid. Then for effect some food colouring.Then finally pour in 5ML of SODIUM IODIDE 2M. The 2M refers to the molarity of the solution. And there you have it. Please note that these ingredients will take some sourcing as they not all found in the shops. Wear Goggles & good luck.

  Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) is NOT bleach!
  Not even close.
  Bleach is Sodium Hypochlorite.

BLEACH is sodium hypochlorite and peroxide is Hydrogen peroxide-NOT the same- not even close. They have the same effect, but household bleach is much much stronger, and very corrosive. Pool chlorine is bleach in much higher concentration. Put a marshmallow in a microwave if you want mindless fun
