This is a simple, 20 second hack, to break BIOS password without opening up the cabinet to pull out its battery.. no nothing related to hardware. This hack works when you are IN the system, sometimes handy in cases. This does not necessarily needs windows 98.. it just needs MS-DOS. I've used windows 98 on virtual PC to capture the action. And yes, this doesn't needs administrator rights when using in windows. I haven't tried it on linux.

how u boot MS-DOS,linux or other bootable devices if the pc's cdrom,floppy n usb is locked by the BIOS?
