Five Moms Record their Experiences on a Cross Country Trip

With no kids and no car seats, five mommy bloggers set out on a cross-country road trip from the nation's capitol to the city by the bay. Their mission: to document the 3,000 mile trip from start to finish.

Making stops along the way in Chicago, Omaha, Denver, Salt Lake City and Reno to pick up new passengers, the moms took turns behind the wheel of a hybrid Tahoe. All first-time hybrid drivers, the moms saw the benefits at the gas pump. In fact, the hybrid version of this SUV gets 50 percent better fuel economy than its all gas counterpart. In addition, it was loaded with all the latest hi-tech gadgets - including wireless Internet, GPS, video games, music and cutting-edge cameras and recording equipment.
