Actually, John wasn't good at it, at all.
Even Paul McCartney was better than john first. Paul learned John some new acords and all that, later george showed him how to play better etc... And i've seen the tabs. The solo is quite easy.

I like alot of the Beatles albums like Abby Road, Let It Be, and Revolver. Probably because I was introduced to those albums first in my childhood and have memories of road trips jamming to the Beatles.
