very good explanation, however, Metacafe will have these 3 strong resons to reject this video after you passed 20,000 views and want to claim money from them...

1) the converting software is a trail version...
2) copyrighted music
3) idea already been used by Kipkay

I'm almost positive Kipkay made the same kind of speaker...not to be a wet blanket but if and when your video gets 20,000 views metacafe will most likely reject it because it's a duplicate video
